How to apply to Park House English School

Start your child's journey at our private school in Doha with confidence. Complete your application and prepare for an exciting start.

01
Initial enquiry

At our British school in Doha, start your child's journey by completing the online enquiry form and providing a valid email address so we can respond directly and guide you through the process of joining our vibrant school community.

02
Schedule a school tour

Book a tour at Park House and explore the campus to see where students learn, create and connect. Arrange a visit to discover our facilities and meet the admissions team in person.

03
Application submission

Selected applicants are invited to provide further documentation and pay the application fee within 21 days; academic staff then review applications based mainly on recent school reports and while this step is required to proceed, it does not guarantee an assessment invitation or final offer.

04
Join the waiting pool

If your child’s application stands out, they join the waiting pool for their year group. When a place opens, every student on the list is considered. Selected students are invited to an entrance assessment, where they show what they know and how they learn.

05
Assessment and interview

An academic assessment and / or informal interview with our academic team will be arranged to ensure we can meet the student’s needs.

06
Offer a place

If your child is successful, you will receive a formal offer by email and will have 10 days to send colour copies of all required documents and pay the registration fee; after this, the place may be offered to another student and the application will not be reconsidered for that academic year.

07
MoE approval

The Ministry of Education reviews every application to confirm your child’s placement in the right year group for the time of transfer. If a place is offered but the Ministry does not approve the transfer, the offer is withdrawn and any fees paid are refunded. For students transferring from schools within Qatar, applications are only accepted until the end of January, in line with Ministry regulations.

At Park House, we believe language is central to identity.

Our approach to multilingualism is rooted in community: that is why all our students study their home language in addition to curriculum languages. This strengthens cultural understanding, confidence, and respect across our school.
