The school broadly follows the National Curriculum for England and operates from Early Years to Sixth Form. In Years 10 and 11, classes follow a curriculum leading to qualifications at IGCSE with the Cambridge International Examinations (CIE) Board and Edexcel Board. Students in Years 12 and 13 follow a curriculum leading to qualifications at Advanced Subsidiary (AS) and Advanced (A) Level with the CIE and Edexcel boards. Our students attend prestigious universities in the UK, the US, Canada, Qatar and many other countries.

We recruit teachers who have at least two years of teaching experience, a Bachelor’s degree and a PGCE. The MOE Coordinator ensures full compliance with all Ministry of Education (MOE/MOEHE) and Ministry of Public Health (MOPH) requirements, playing a key role in admissions, enrolment, regulatory reporting, and maintaining accurate school records. The role supports the Principal and Senior Leadership Team by managing official correspondence, updating the MOE database, coordinating surveys and vaccination days, and ensuring all guidelines and deadlines are met.

Working closely with Admissions, HR, Finance, the School Nurse, and academic leadership across Primary, Secondary and EYFS, the Coordinator ensures a smooth enrolment journey and that all MOE regulations are fully applied. The role also keeps key documents up to date, such as the Staff Handbook and Engage system templates.

A strong focus on safeguarding, health and safety, and adherence to ISP principles—care, respect, effective operation, financial responsibility, and continuous learning—is essential.

The position requires excellent knowledge of MOEHE regulations, high attention to detail, strong organisational and communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams. A Bachelor’s degree, English fluency (Arabic beneficial), and at least three years of Qatar-based MOEHE coordination experience are required. Candidates must demonstrate professionalism, confidentiality, empathy, intercultural awareness, and strong customer service skills.
